Robert F. Reinhardt, Jr. of Oldsmar, Florida. Bob is Gary Reinhardt’s brother and business partner for more than twenty-five years. Bob has over 40 years business experience in the defense and aerospace industries and is an established expert in the marketing of high technology products, the operation of family businesses, and successful techniques used to grow technology business. He has presented to major firms around the world including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Airbus Industries in France, BARCO in Belgium, and numerous companies in Israel including Israel Aircraft Industries.

FINANCE and IT

Mark B. Nolan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mark and Gary were roommates at the Villanova University School of Business and have remained close friends since. Mark brings decades of corporate and financial experience to the team from a long executive career at Johnson Controls, a global diversified technology company. Mark’s responsibilities included financial leader for Johnson Control’s HVAC business in Canada, business architect of an IT program to support a major business sector and financial oversight of a $100MM business unit. He received his BS from Villanova University School of Business and MBA from Scared Heart University.

ACCOUNTING

Ronald Larrow, CPA of Hartford, Connecticut. Ron is a partner in the Connecticut law firm of Simione, Macca, Larrow,LLP and has been associated Lead Principal to Gary Reinhardt since 2007. In addition to his expertise in tax, Ron has significant experience in estate planning and selling businesses. Ron has worked closely with Gary Reinhardt and Collig on a number of successful transactions.

LAW

Michael Cherewka, Esq. of Wormleysburg (Harrisburg), Pa. Michael’s 35+ year law practice has focused on small and medium sized business. He served as counsel for Collig’s Lead Principal Gary Reinhardt’s business interests for over 25 years and continues to work with Collig on new projects. Michael received his BS in Accounting at Bucknell University and his JD at Dickinson Law School. He is also a CPA.
